Stephanie never set out to be founder or CEO of an agency. As an anthropologist, she was perfectly content figuring out why people do what they do and how to get them to do what clients want. After years of heading up strategy at world-class agencies like DDB, Publicis, and MullenLowe, Stephanie harnessed her influential superpower and founded Strategy Farm, an agency focused on solving strategic upstream and downstream business challenges for global healthcare brands. Quite successfully, we might add, growing the agency by 2600% in just three years. With an increasing need to harness her influential superpowers for good, Stephanie pivoted and started REVEL8. She’s now focused on turning brands into role models through influential strategy and world-class creative. It’s no surprise her role model is Wonder Woman. Stephanie is a fierce protector of her two amazing daughters and is on a mission to save the world, one brand at a time. She’s our very own Wonder Woman, circa 2022.

Her gift, which she graciously shares with coworkers and clients daily, is a rare mix of infectious positivity and laser-focused, strategic problem-solving. She was deeply religious but also embraced knowledge and science. She made her people’s lives better as Egypt prospered tremendously under her reign. She spoke eight languages, had seven children and brought two Roman generals to their knees. She did it all on her terms – and in super-cute open-toed sandals.
